Nuestro lema en el &aacute;rea es &ldquo;Siempre se puede mejorar&rdquo;, somos muy autoexigentes las dos. Uno de los ejes que se preguntaba era la comunicaci&oacute;n interna de la empresa y realmente nos dio muy bajo. Esto inclu&iacute;a la digitalizaci&oacute;n de procesos, movimientos de personal, o lo que sea.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.56; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; padding: 4pt 0pt 8pt 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto,sans-serif; color: #0d0d0d; background-color: #ffffff; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Quer&iacute;amos que todo lo que ten&iacute;a que saber el 100% de la n&oacute;mina se comunique por ah&iacute;. Ya que, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto,sans-serif; color: #0d0d0d; background-color: #ffffff; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">antes, utiliz&aacute;bamos m&uacute;ltiples canales como grupos de WhatsApp<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto,sans-serif; color: #0d0d0d; background-color: #ffffff; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">, lo que resultaba en que algunos se enteraran tarde o no se enteraran. Creo que en cuesti&oacute;n de 48-72 horas ya estaban subidas y pudimos comenzar a trabajar. Para m&iacute; fue sorprendente porque por lo general he estado en la implementaci&oacute;n de otros sistemas espec&iacute;ficos para concesionarias y se extienden por semanas, con un ida y vuelta muy largo y muy extenso hasta que llegas al producto final.
