Fuimos el primer lugar en Bah&iacute;a Blanca hace 17 a&ntilde;os. Empezamos como un peque&ntilde;o delivery en la calle Dorrego al 300 y, desde ah&iacute;, crecimos. Abrimos nuestro primer restaurante en 2009. Tres a&ntilde;os despu&eacute;s, intentamos con otro restaurante que no fue exitoso, pero continuamos con Jard&iacute;n Zen, que por suerte tuvo mucho &eacute;xito. En 2017, nos mudamos a Avenida Col&oacute;n, a un lugar c&eacute;ntrico con otra estructura y modelo de negocio. Esto nos permiti&oacute; atender servicios al mediod&iacute;a y diversificar nuestra marca hacia otros nichos de mercado. Mi inter&eacute;s comenz&oacute; con mis padres; su primera cita formal fue en un restaurante de comida japonesa. &Iacute;bamos frecuentemente a lugares chinos y japoneses, y siempre sent&iacute; fascinaci&oacute;n por la cocina oriental. Aunque estudi&eacute; administraci&oacute;n de empresas y trabaj&eacute; en otra cosa, cuando conoc&iacute; a mi esposa, que es de Bah&iacute;a Blanca, decidimos mudarnos aqu&iacute;. No quer&iacute;a seguir en mi rol anterior como gerente financiero, as&iacute; que durante un a&ntilde;o estudiamos con cocineros y maestros de sushi en el barrio chino de Buenos Aires, y luego nos mudamos aqu&iacute; para iniciar Jard&iacute;n Zen. Cuando est&aacute;bamos en Alem, solo ten&iacute;amos delivery y un peque&ntilde;o restaurante. Despu&eacute;s de un a&ntilde;o, nos mudamos a Col&oacute;n, y la estructura cambi&oacute; significativamente. Crecimos mucho en poco tiempo, incorporamos plataformas como PedidosYa para el delivery y organizamos al personal en dos turnos: ma&ntilde;ana y tarde-noche. Cada uno con su rol espec&iacute;fico. Desde que me un&iacute;, Jard&iacute;n Zen ha crecido much&iacute;simo. Por ejemplo, lo de &#8220;C&oacute;rner&#8221; o &#8220;Voy atr&aacute;s&#8221; son reales en la cocina. Sin embargo, la intensidad en la preparaci&oacute;n de un s&aacute;ndwich en la serie no se compara con manejar 30 comandos a la vez en un restaurante real. Justo est&aacute;bamos buscando una soluci&oacute;n y, aunque inicialmente solo quer&iacute;amos controlar las entradas y salidas del personal, Naaloo nos sorprendi&oacute; con funcionalidades mucho m&aacute;s avanzadas de lo que esper&aacute;bamos.
