For more than two decades I have worked alongside organizations going through transformation. My path started in the legal world, but I soon discovered that my real passion was building companies able to solve real problems through technology.

Since then I have devoted my time to creating products that simplify processes, empower teams and help organizations grow.

As CEO & Co-Founder of Naaloo I lead the company's vision, the development of new products and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence to transform the way companies manage their People operations.

I don't believe in technology for technology's sake. I believe in tools that create real impact in people's everyday work.

More than software, a way of thinking

Every company faces different challenges. That is why at Naaloo we don't build isolated features: we build a platform that constantly evolves together with our customers.

We listen, learn, iterate and turn those needs into simple, intuitive and scalable solutions.

Our goal is to democratize access to world-class technology so that any organization, no matter its size, can work with AI-powered tools.

We believe the future of work will be more human thanks to technology, not less.

What drives me

Beyond product development, I enjoy building teams, driving innovation and supporting people as they grow.

I'm especially interested in how Artificial Intelligence can be naturally embedded into organizations to automate repetitive tasks, improve decision-making and free up time for the work that truly creates value.

I also enjoy sharing experiences around leadership, company culture, entrepreneurship, digital transformation and product strategy.

Looking ahead

There is still so much left to build. Every new customer, every implementation and every conversation is an opportunity to learn and keep improving.

My challenge is to keep developing technology that combines innovation, simplicity and closeness, helping thousands of companies work better every day.

That is the path we want to walk from Naaloo.
