As CTO and Co-Founder of Naaloo, Mauro leads the technology strategy, product architecture and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the platform. Together with the engineering team he ensures Naaloo is a secure, scalable and innovative solution, ready to support organizations on their digital transformation journey.

With more than 15 years of experience in software development and product engineering, his career evolved from hands-on engineering to leading high-performing teams, always aligning technology with business goals. He specializes in building and scaling digital products while fostering an engineering culture focused on quality, ownership and continuous improvement.

His core strengths span technology strategy and leadership —defining vision, architecture and roadmaps that support long-term growth—, team building and mentorship of multidisciplinary engineering teams, and product & delivery excellence in end-to-end development for international clients. On the technical side, he has a strong background in modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Angular, with experience across ecosystems including PHP, Java, Python and Swift.

He is passionate about leveraging technology as a business enabler, bridging product, engineering and strategy to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.
